Beauty on the water

Lowell boats are known for their looks - and a great ride.

Sitting at dock or mooring, the sleek lines and graceful curves attract and please the eye.

Underway, Lowell boats slice through the waves "like butter", proving that these boats are especially meant for the elements. The hull expertly shapes the water passing by, not trying to fight the whole ocean.

Lowell boats are known for exceptional stability and smooth handling, fuel economy and un-pounding speed.

The best way to understand our designs: come take a ride & experience Lowell boats for yourself.

BOAT NEWS

Boat Quote:

Lowell 43 - Elizabeth Thomas:

When tested for Coast Guard certification, it took 6500 lbs on one washrail to list the vessel 7 degrees. The Coast Guard official who performed the certification claimed that it was the most stable vessel he had ever certified in 25 years.

Rick Klepfer, Maine Boats & Harbors:

"I had the feeling that if I dumped a truckload of decayed wood, wasted fastenings, and paint flakes in their yard, the Lowells would somehow conjure up a Frost boat from the pile." - April/May 2001, "Taking Leonard's Lines"
